    You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor than Kenneth Gudgen. I cannot put into words how thankful we are to have worked with him on helping us find (and close on!) our very first home. From the very beginning, he was on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods,our budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan that worked for us. He sourced homes for us to check out and was very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. We have a three-month-old son and already thinking about school districts is something he was quick to suggest, being a dedicated father himself. Kenneth came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations, which proved to be invaluable. People would go out of their way to pull ME aside and tell me how much they love working with Kenneth. How often can you say that about your real estate agent? On top of everything else, Kenneth guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous first-time buyers appreciated so much.
